Senior Group

If you want to see old friends – or meet new ones, you can attend the senior meetings! Join us at 2:30 p.m. on the first Friday of every month in the Baptist Church, Vejlevej, except: May, June, July and August.

We gather to discuss many different topics: current ones and a little more nostalgic ones, as we invite different speakers to give a presentation, have discussions, sing, and play some games.

The senior group events are open to everyone. There is no membership and therefore no contingent. At each event, we give much importance to social fellowship, so we gather around a coffee table in our meetings. It is free to attend the Senior group meetings but coffee and bread cost 25.00 Kroner. We also have a devotion time to share the Christian message every time we hold a Senior Group meeting.

You are welcome, regardless of whether you are on early retirement, retirement, or just feel that you want to be part of a community of people who, for the most part, have for some reason withdrawn from the labor market.
